Dealer Installed Mods?
My dealer manager bragged that if I was looking for wheels and tires he could get me them at cost. So I told him I wanted 33s with 15" wheels. He came back with a ridiculous $3,000 quote and I went to Discount Tire and got them for $1,290...
Cool thanks for the input. Hopefully I can find some mod friendly dealerships around me. I have 2 grand saved up, and if the dealer can put all of that on my new jeep (if the price is right evnough for me to even consider trading in my rubi) then i'll just put it toward that.
May be worth making a call.

I was over at the Lansdale Jeep/Chrysler dealership today talking lifts/mods/etc. They are very mod friendly and will install whatever you ask them... The guy behind the counter recited the line that mods won't void warranty work, unless the mod caused the failure.

Couple dealerships out here do this as well, price is MUCH higher, around 6 to 8 K. Not the greatest components though. Most of the cost out here was the labor. They build the suspension and tires but don't change the gearing to compensate for the larger tires.
