I am checking out a Jeep which seems to reside in Vegas.

The owner is local to me, but I would like someone just to check it out so to speak. It is a pretty good deal, but every good deal reminds me that very little that seems like a great deal actually is.

Any volunteers? I would appreciate any help at all.
