I posted on several other forums but was thinking it might be good to post here.

Meeting place is off 157 at 9 am. Leaving at 9:30 am to hit the trails.

This run as some LEO's, Active Military and retired Military coming along. If interested come on out. Expect some desert pinstriping(highly probable) and have some recovery gear. Run shouldn't take that long but we do like to take our time, BS and fart around. So, we are bringing some lunch and are planning on being out until around 3. CB's are highly recommended but not mandatory.

This is more or less a straight forward basic trail run but, I have not gone all the way to the mine and am not sure how the trail runs.

So if you are looking for a fun way to spend your Sunday, come on out and have some fun.

I highly recommend leaving pets at home, just in case we do find the mine, I am not sure what kind of condition it is. Mine will be staying home harassing my wife, lol.

BTW, this will be a family friendly run. Had some people ask about that.

 

Was a great run with some great people. Located Lucky Strike Mine and the old shed(s) there. Then located another 2 mines that are not listed anywhere. Dabbled in a coral or two and in the end located a Double natural arch. Very cool. Had a great time. Always fun to add some pin striping. If you didn't go, you missed out. May hit Ada & Edith mine next time or perhaps the downed fighter off Alamo road.
