Spent all day at Randys place. With the help of Leroy, got the front control arm skid plates gas tank skid plate installed, and adjusted the E-Brake.Thanks for your help

which gas tank skid did you put in? did you drop the whole tank? was able to weasel my stock skid off (to hammer it out) without. I spent the whole afternoon in the dark with my huge pupils from an eye exam,

Rock hard skid. Did not have to drop the stock one. It might have been better to drop the stock one and hammer it back into shape. It was not a smooth install. Good thing two Pros, were there. With the bad shape of the stock plate, only one hole lined up.

Thats not good! Whats with all this aftermarket stuff half-ass fitting these days. Vegas crew must be blacklisted and gets all the blems

The new Rock hard skid was fine, the trouble was trying to make it fit over my beat up skid.

Sounds good Mark, can't wait to see it on the trail!


Setup an appointment at Chapman to get the soft top strap repaired and fix my zipper...again. Bloody soft top is from the devil!
