Since Sunday is my only day off this week, my brother is going to install the lift for me tomorrow while I use his truck. I'd like to do a run, but am nervous as hell about Devil's Peak, since it seems pretty technical. What do you guys think, should an X with a 2.5" lift and 33s be able to make it?

I just don't want any expensive to fix damage... I think I can make it though. Believe it or not, the traction control and factory limited slip diff seem to really work off road.

i think you will ok. there are only two places that you might need help (spotter). one is just tight going down, inches! see pictures.

LVdoug has a 2" OME and 35's and I hear your lift adds more than 2.5in. I think with good spotting you will be ok.

I'm up for whenever on Sunday. My lift is being installed as I type. If Devil's Peak is the plan, I'd say a good meet place is probably that gas station (I think its a Shell) on the corner of Silverado Ranch and LV Blvd. Either that or the M Resort parking lot.

How about breakfast in Parhump and Wheeler Pass back to town?

It's our 23rd anniversary Sunday and that's as rough as we can handle at our age!
