This weekend I'm down to go about anywhere in town. I have Saturday, Sunday, and Monday off. The Nelson Copper Cache trail is a very fun run. It is also pretty challenging to those who haven't gone up some pretty good rocks and obstacles. The first time I ran it, I was very jazzed about the trail and was anxious to what was around the corner. There is possible damage on this one. Scraping diffs, smacking skids, scraping up front and rear bumpers, etc...depending on your height. My friend broke a front axle in his Silverado on this trail just Friday night. You'll want to air down pretty well, so have a method to air back up. I'm not saying this is the place we're going...but I am highly recommending it to those who want to do some playing and see what they can do. There is an optional vertical climb that my Rubi that is up 2.5" can squeak up. I'd say the Open diff guys won't take it, and those 4-door Rubis with 35s and under will probably high center on trying to get up.

Just a suggestion. Depending on temps, a night run is good, or day. Friday night/Sat/Sun/Monday works for me. If we run at night, please bring some flashlights, hopefully youre running off road lights/rock lights. Rock lights are really helpful if you plan on doing a little crazier line and need a spot at night.

This is the obstacle most Unlimiteds get conquered by, and the X/Sahara 2doors will likely have their hands full (min 33s)

the red four door made it up, but he had to gas it hard! i think he had stock ruby tires with maybe a 2.5 lift.
