James at adams informed me of this issue. He had a customer break a front axle on his jeep, and drove for 2 days without it falling apart. Luckily he got to james's shop were the wheel fell off as he pull in to the parking lot.
Design is very similar, splined stub slides into the hub, big axle nut presses the stub into the hub retaining it. I've wheeled with him when he didn't have his front axles in, all still together!

Yes please post up when this change over will take place. I did not pay much attention to what was going on Sunday( I kept running back to my Jeep to get stuff.) I would like to learn how to do this, and be of some help.

Everything is tentative to the axles being here on time. We will start the build up at 5:30 or 6. PM me for address if needed.
