What CB?
I know we talked on this briefly, but what kind of CB is everyone running? And how/where do you have it mounted up? It was killing me not being able to talk to everyone on our run this past weekend. I'm gonna get one this week and dont want to end up with something crapy.. I think there's a CB store on Western/Oakey... although WALMART has a bunch also....

I run the Cobra 75 WXST. It has a little box and plug that I mounted behind the little panel below the glove box. You plug the handset into the connector and all of the controls are on the handset. I'll show you on Wednesday if you want to see how it is set up. I just need to get a new antenna.

Just a cobra 19, firering coax so i could run it through the stock tailgate loom, angle iron antenna mount for my 5' wilson. Haven't had many complain about my radio. It doesn't go far, but I don't need it to go far so it works...cheap too
only picture i have of mine, yes i'm one of those freaks with a stick shift!

I ordered it from come radio place online and did the install mostly myself with the help of my brother. While I was at the back installing the CoolTech mount, my brother was up front wiring the box into a power source. I ran the coax up through the carpet, across behind the front seats and up along the passenger seat. All in all it took about an hour to install.
