Default 2 door exhaust thoughts

Has anybody put a muffler ahead of the rear axle on a 2 door

I installed a cherrybomb catback stainless steel system on my 08 as soon as I bought mine as the stock one would not survive long when we go wheelin. I am very happy with the sound and performance that this gives me.The muffler now sits just under the drivers seat.

I agree with you on that, 95% of new threads are repeats it's annoying, however I searched the modified section for "exhaust relocation" and came up with 10+ links...took only a few seconds.

Either way I've got a 2-door and did a relocation with a round magnaflow muffler. THere is a slot on the inside of the frame rail thats perfect for it. Oval mufflers fit too but depending on how you mount them may hang down a little lower. I did not have to relocate my evap but some choose to. I'd get a quote from a local muffler shop, I had mine installed made and installed for a fraction of the "kits".
