Ok this might sound crazy but hear me out. I did a Teraflex 3 inch kit with front lower flex arms and adjustable front track bar. After my alignment it seems like I lost power and mileage. I thought well maybe its just me,well tonight I moved my arms some and took it for a drive and it seems like all the power was back and my mpg on my dash were back up from like 13.5 to 16 on the highway. Am I crazy or what? Is this even possible?

 

how much you talking? I guess in theory you could have set the caster so high that you drastically changed the toe and caused more friction between the tires and the road? maybe?

I know it sounds crazy but it is true,motor is not working as hard.

 

You may have had the driveshaft in a bind.

 

It should ne ez to tell on that one. if you ran it any length of time it should be pretty worn now.

I concur. Too much positive or negative caster at some point will change the pinion angle excessively and cause the driveshaft to bind.
