If it were me, I would wait until I have all the necessary components.

if you have a 4-door, you can run it for quite a long time if not indefinitely. however, without new front lowers arms to add more caster, your jeep will feel flighty at highway speeds. and, if you have a 2-door, your rear drive shaft will be at a sever enough angle that the CV boots will be sitting at a constant state of pinch. over a short time, this will cause them to fail and that will eventually cause the bearing inside to fail as well. the longest i have seen anyone go without having to replace their rear drive shaft is about a year. of course, with that, you will need to install new rear adjustable uppers to set your pinion angle.

with a 4dr, are Rear uppers even needed with the stock Drive shaft?

Also, if you have a after Market Tom Woods front Drive shaft, do you need front uppers and lowers, or will front lowers be enough?

no. you only need adjustable rear uppers to set your pinion angle and that is only needed if you have a u-joint style drive shaft.

you don't need either. you only need adjustable arms up front to reposition your axle and set your caster angle.

Thanks Eddie,

I ask only cause I just got this lift, and am getting a TW Drive shaft installed next week, and only have adj lowers, didnt know if I was going to need to buy front uppers as well.

As for the rear, i might break down and buy a set of lowers just to have something beefier down there

yeah, you'll be fine with what you have and if anything, you might get driveline vibes if you add too much +caster. as far as the rear go, honestly, you really don't need anything there but, it will make your jeep look more complete
