Default Teraflex Control arm clicking noise

I am running the Teraflex control arms with a teraflex 3" lift. I have a clicking noise anytime the suspension is moving. I actually think it may be a squeaking noise coming from the rear lower CA bushing. I've double checked that all bolts are tightened.

Are you sure your springs aren't hitting anything?

My rear clicking with the TF 3" Full Flex kit was the bolt on the adjustable trackbar hitting the
spring.
Solution: Shorten rear control arms to pull the whole rear axle forward by about an inch or more.

Mine doesn't appear to be doing that. Mine can click or squeak.... sounds more like a click to me, just from getting into the vehicle.

I only say a squeak because if I get under the vehicle and have someone rock it it appears to be the ungreased bushing on the lower control arm.

I should add, it isn't bothering me that it is there, as long as I can assure myself it is safe. I rode a Samurai before this Jeep with a Lock-Rite locker in the rear, so the clicking is not annoying me.

Have you retorqued your suspension lately? It could be just a loose bolt

Twice. The first time I found 1 loose bolt.

Are all the bolts torquing correctly? I had to replace a couple ctrl arm bolts cause they wouldn't torque. They would just keep turning, one just snapped off after doing this. I think after being torqued so much they get stretched and weaken. Get some grade 8's if this is the case. Mine was clicking until I did this. Also check your bushings, take the bolt all the way out to check though.

is there a chance that you installed your rear sway bar links on the inside of the axle mounts? if so, they are probably tapping on the backs of the lower control arm mounts.

I did. I read about both methods and chose to go per the Teraflexx instructions.... however while looking at it per your post I did find the problem. On the passenger rear lower CA at the frame mount -the factory nut that holds itself in place as you tighten the bolt was scrubbing on the control arm. I bent it a little bit and now no noise! That isn't a problem on the driver side as the nut flips in the opposite direction.

Thanks for the input guys!
