Found these..

They are listed as working for the JK and they are greaseable but there is no link to buy em.

Looks like the company in the link is blocked. I did a google search and found the same price at a couple of different places.

I like the sound of the fact that you can service them without special tools. So correct me if i'm wrong but you don't press them out, you leave them in and replace the internals

That appears to be correct. If they are truly built better, though, they may not ever need to be rebuilt. Grease goes a long way toward extended ball joint life.

They are very expensive.
