I was thinking about it and has anyone got their drive shafts, gears, and new axels done first before they got their tires and lift?
I dont have the funds to do it at one time and cant wait to mod any longer
i eventually want to run 37s but im not going to want to be slow with 37 and wait till i get gears and such,
so is it a problem if i get my 5:38 gears now, the dana 60 and new drive shafts now and wait till i have the funds to run the 37?

It can be done any way, of course not the drive shafts though cause they would probably be too long until the lift is installed.
On the plus side with those gears and no lift or tires yet, you should be able to clean house in the 1/32 mile drag races.
