Any way to increase # of splines on d30 axle
Anyone know of a way to increase # of splines on a d30 axle w/o swapping for a d44 or d60? I'm wanting to regear to 5.13's w/ chromoly shafts and arb lockers, but I know that 5.13's is going to push my 27 splines to the limit. Any other weak links I need to be concerned about w/ my d30, 35's, lockers, and 5.13's? I know I'll have to be gentle and careful w/ that setup, but I want it to be as strong as I can get it until I can afford d60s.
Also, am I going to need a new t-case?

I will do that... custom built axle shafts sound like alot of $. I have to be able to justify it, otherwise i'm stuck waiting for enough $ to buy a d60.

Very curious about the super 30 kit.. I know we all "want" a D60 front, but realistically I can't drop that kinda dough on an axle. Well, I could but the girlfriend would kill me.. lol.. Either way, I'm curious if this would be a great way to not have to spend 4-6k dollars and wheel my 35's pretty comfortably.
