Default Adjustable LCA's and still not stable?

Hi
I have a Old man emu HD kit and after having handling issues it was recommended that i get Front adjustable control arms. I did this. My castor is at 6*. My steering is dead centre but i still have to hold the steering at 2 o clock to keep it going straight (right hand drive and we drive on the left hand side of the road) My jeep feels like the front wheels "shutter" (shake ) on the road... I have ballanced my wheels again and checked my tyre pressure. All perfect. What can this be? I dont know what do do anymore?

How many times have you tried adjusting the wheel? Is your Jeep pulling? Or is the wheel just not centered? I had to recenter my wheel a few times til it was perfect. What size tires do you have? I would check to make sure none of the suspension components are bent. Is the shudder happening all the time? Or just after you hit a bump?

A few more questions in addition to Highoctane's?

Were your tires dynamically balanced?

When did this problem start? Right after lift kit installation? After tire rotation?

I had problems about 5000 miles. My Jeep pulls to the left. My steering is centred. i did this more than once. About 5 times now. The shutter is only if i hit a small bump in the road. I cant see that anything is bent. The wheels where balanced by a mashine. Not sure what dynamic is?

Toe will not cause a pull....Period! Caster will cause a pull. A bad tire will cause a pull..Loose or worn out suspension part could cause or lead to a pull..
Your toe should be set a an 1/8 in with the stock tires.

Since this is a right hand drive. I assume that your plus 6 degrees on the left side..Right...If this is the case you probably have a bad tire..Cross rotate the front tires..If it now goes straight or pulls the opposite way you have a bad tire..

Good luck

I installed my TF front lower flexarms and set them at 23' on both sides and got 5 degrees of caster and my ride is still a little flighty but my front end is more stable over bumps and steering is much tighter.
