stubby stock front bumper

Who has cut their front bumper?......I was thinkin of doin it please advise in how you did it and include some pics.....I'm pretty nervous!!!!!!! HELP!

Plan the cuts in the plastic use a soldering gun with a flat tip to plastic weld used scrap plastic to build weld and a propane torch to heat. Do all welding from the inside finish outer seems with soldering gun.
