What does the dealers look for during the lifetime 50,000 mile inspection? I am concerned about the the numerous hits I took on the bottom of the Jeep. Is that going to effect my warranty??

 

what 50K inspection? first I have heard of it. Do you have a special extended warranty or something? I know the lifetime power train warranty that some owners have requires a 5-year inspection (or check-up) but I haven't heard of any mileage-based requirements...

 

i believe its year based as well.

 

My owner's manual says nothing about mileage. It just says every five years.

 

i'm pretty sure it's five years too
