Default Why 37's are not made for 16" wheels

Pretty much like the title says...
Why do tire companies not make 37 inch tall tires on a 16 inch wheel?
They make 37's for 15 inch wheels so why not 16s?

Thats incorrect..tyres for 16inch rims are cheaper than tyres for 17 inch rims...and 15 inch tyres should be cheaper than both..

well go look at the BFG KM2 prices and let me know if im wrong KSX
i saw in the 4wd magazine that a 37/12.5/16 KM2 was more expensive than the 37/12.5/17 km2 so yeh and when pro comp made the extreme a/t in 325/80/16 it was like $388 a tire which is way more

I'm not sure about this either, my guess would be demand. If you want to put a 17" wheel and tire package together let us know. We would love to earn your business.

maybe for that specific tyre..due to demand it is so....but as a general rule, the smaller rim width the cheaper the tyre...Id probably ask for quotes elswhere....jmho
