Default 2WD Wranglers?

What's the point? I live in South Florida and more than half of the 4 door Unlimited I see are 2wd. I saw a black 2wd Unlimited decked out with at least a 4" lift and 37" tires and even a winch, it looked awesome, but again what's the point. Also, most of the Sahara's I see are 2wd, it just seems weird to me, kind of like having a 4cyl dually...

Anyone in this forum with 2wd Wranglers? Why did you choose to go that way?

The point is, they got what they wanted. No explanation required.

If you live in an area it never snows and you know you will never go offroad but you want the removable top and doors a 2wd model is the way to go. I personally don't like 2wd anything but I could see how some people just dont need 4wd. If you don't need it why pay for it?

My biggest attraction to the Jeep is the removable top and doors. If it were just 4wd I was looking for I would have purchased something else.
