Lift Install Questions
I am in the middle of installing the Teraflex 2.5" coil lift with the TF shocks. There are two problems that I have run into, and need some help. The front shocks have been a huge problem for me. When trying to tighten the upper shock mount bolt, there is nowhere to hold the shock in place. When the nut up top get slightly tight, the shock just spins when trying to tighten further. Is there any way to hold it still in order to tighten the top nut? Also the nut for the top of the passenger won't turn past one or two rotations when test fitting the nut.
Another problem is upper bolts on the rear swaybar links. The top part that has the bolt already attatched has nowhere to hold, so when trying to tighten just spins freely. Also can someone give me info or pictures on the washer order. Do you use one or two washers per upper sway bar mount?
Any help is greatly appreciated. This is my first lift install, and don't want to mess anything up too bad. Thanks in advance.

From this write-up, in the write-ups area...

7. Using a 5/8" wrench, hold your Jeep JK Wrangler’s front shock can in place just below the upper shock mount to keep it from spinning. Then, remove the stud mount nut above using a 16mm wrench.

Yeah, Ive read all of the write-ups about a thousand times. I have the teraflex shocks that came with the kit. They do not have anywhere on the upper part of the shock to hold it still while wrenching the nut up top.
