Another gear thread 5.13s & Dana 30. . .
I am looking at gears and run 33s now but I want 37s along the line. I know I need the new carrier, which is not a problem. But if I wanted to go higher than 5.13, is it the Dana 30 that will not fit 5.38??? At least not without a pro rock 60 up front

Correct, 5.13 is all you can do in a D30. You'll need to move up to a 44 or 60 for 5.38's.
