help needed
can anyone help me decide which brand of suspension and what 3.5, 4"or 4.5" lift to choose from ? i use my jeep for everyday town driving and occasionally off road to the dunes. the road driving is quite rough/rippled and full of potholes. i live in Mozambique. Africa. yes its rough out here.
unlimited budget, want the best there is. looked at the rubicon 4.5",teraflex 4", fulltraction, aev 9th degree. want something that will allow me to speed and ride over potholes without breaking the suspension. later want to install a hemi 5.7L or landcruiser 4.7L v8 engine. but need to decide on the suspension first. appreciate your response.
somehow the rubicon long arms look different. any one out can help me decide between the two brands. i need something that can handle high speed "bundu bashing".
TERAFLEX. I have a Teraflex rig and it is awsome.
Hey this sounds like one of the email scams. I am from out of country, I send you money and you buy both lifts and then send me one, you keep other no problem. Just send bank info for deposit. HAHAHAHA

Both of these kits are well built and will handle high speed trails. However, at high speeds, you'll definitely want to look at gas variable resistance type bumpstops(both RE and Tera make these I believe, Tera makes the speedbump) You'd also want to consider better shocks on both kits or even coilovers. Remember, different shocks/coilovers would work WITH a long arm kit and not INSTEAD of a long arm kit. And on an even more extreme end, if all you are doing is high speed, maybe you want stiffer sway bars too... but you can ponder that one later...
Have you looked at combining the Teraflex kit with some of the Offroad Evoloution equipment? I have heard good things about the Coil over shocks and Plush ride springs. This would give you lift and a smooth ride.
