Default Aero 2525 Muffler

I bought the Aero 2525 muffler on Fleabay for $90 shipped & just had a local muffler shop install it under the drivers seat & make a well tucked in tailpipe for another $85 out the door. Very pleased with the sound & I now have room for a larger cubby.
It's the wifes DD & she like the fact that it sounds more like a Jeep than a mini van now.

Default Aero Muffler

I was thinking of going with the 2525 but was wondering what the 3.8 would sound like. I ended up going with their STX-502 in the stock location. At first I was worried the STX might be too loud ,but its actually too quite. Any chance you have a sound clip?

I may add a heat sheild, but it seems fine so far.

The 2525XL is a quieter version but it's longer than this one, this is not too loud, better tone than a flowmaster IMHO

Mild humm at 70 around 2100, those that are sensitive to this may want the 2525XL.
Sounds great at startup, idling & running around town.

Sorry, to me sound bites are worthless. You can't really tell how loud & the pitch is subjective to the equipment. The tone is deeper than a Magnflow turbo, but without the echo/hollow sound of the flowmaster. I have heard it drive away & come back home & I'm very pleased. Not too loud, but it has a nice deep rumble.
