First off I would love to have offroad evolution's Coil over suspension however I is a little bit out of my price range. Secondly, I am looking for some alternative suspension kits. I found the Rusty's Offroad 5.5 long arm kit. Does anyone run their suspension and if so how is that working out? Pros and Cons?
Thanks

Knowledge on here is very biased. Everyone recommends 3 lifts exclusively. You never hear about Clayton or rusty's. They both make good kits. Rusty has a great warranty and has been in business a long time. And with the tire sizes we can stuff under these short lifts there isn't enough travel for radius arms to make much of an issue at the pinion.

Rusty's also makes control arms not just radius. Just because a kit was on extreme 4x4 doesn't mean it's all they make.

I was a big fan of my Rusty's 3.25" lift. A year and 4 mos later I have to complain. The track bar is shit, the springs have softened and sagged considerably, and to be honest I'm just not real happy with the whole kit right now. I am not saying that the kit isn't good it just cant handle moderate off-roading. My girl has the same lift for the same amount of time and has had no issues. She also is just a mall crawler

I have no experience with the Rusty's JK lift in particular, but I will throw out that I have run several of their products in the past on other rigs and am very pleased with the quality and service. Only bummer is their shipping is pricey.

I'v got the Rusty's 2'' lift and love it. The ride quality is great and the price is even better.

I have the 3.25 on my 07 Unlimited and really like it. I added some other compnents, but it is an awesome lift. The long arm kit was installed on Xtreme 4x4 last week on their JK. Rusty's will paint the control arms any color and Xtreme really liked the lift. Install was straight forward. Good luck!
