Default Warranty repair question

I just got off the phone with the local Jeep dealership after scheduling an appointment to get a leak looked at. I found a little fluid seeping out where the transmission meets the transfer case. It's a 2010 JK Unlimited automatic with 3500 miles on it. The only problem is that it's on a 2.5 Teraflex lift and 35s. I just uninstalled the superchips but am worried about being denied warranty service because of the lift.

Do you guys think I am worrying over nothing?

No, you are not worrying over nothing. But, it is a case by case and dealership by dealership thing. Some shops are much more mod friendly than others, and the dealership that you bought from may be more friendly to you than another location. Just depends...

And remember that they have to 'prove' that your modification caused the problem to deny the warranty work.

I figured as much....fortunately the dealership that I'm going to is in the habit of taking some of their new jeeps and installing lifts, tires, snorkels, etc. and selling them off the lot. Maybe that means that they are somewhat mod friendly.

Well, just got back from dropping it off. Lets see if I get any disheartening phone calls. Crosses fingers.....
