Default Wheel and tire weight

Sorry for the long post.
I have a 2011 4 door auto sport. So far i have installed a tera flex 2.5 spring lift and 1.5 wheel spacers. I was looking at new rims and 33s. My wife has told me buy the 35s, its what you want. So i have been checking the weight of wheels and tires. I am trying to keep the rotating mass down. my research so far has shown that
Stock wheel is 17"=24 lbs
Stock tire is 32"=48 lbs

Pro-comp 7033 wheel 16"=25 lbs
Pro-comp 7033 wheel 17"=28 lbs
Method street wheel 16"=27 lbs
Method street wheel 17"=28 lbs

I am leaning towards KM2 35/12.5/17, but I am also worried about load rating and ride. i believe through my research that these choices will be my best bet.

Now on to the question. Do you guys have any other options that I don't know about or helpful recommendations?

I would go with a 16" tire /wheel combo
I am not a BFG fan but 315/75/16 is a 35" tire also
I am currently looking at Kelly TSRs for my jeep.
I like some snow and ice traction with my tires

I think the 16" is the way to go. It was 85 today so I don't have to worry about snow or ice
