Default Pavement ends bumpers?!

I just got the new 4wd catalog and right in the front were pavement ends bumpers. Front $170 rear $190. Has anyone seen or delt with these. For the price I might give them a try.

I haven't seen them but will now after this post. Looking to upgrade my bumpers once I get my new lift and tires done (in April). But if they look good at that price then I'll get them now and hold off a little while longer to get everything else done.
Thanks for the heads up!

Pavement Ends is a Bestop Off Brand. So these are made by Bestop, and Bestop Bumpers are good quality. The look like a pretty simple bumper replacement.

I saw them in the 4wd catalog, too and was pleasantly surprised at the price. For once it seems that we have an inexpensive JK bumper(s). I have a question, though. It seems as if the bumper is relatively thin, in that it does not stick out too far, but will it be a problem fitting 35's and up on the tailgate? In other words, will the tire hit the bumper?

Bustabizz, any thoughts?

Also, does anyone have some pics of the bumper, front and rear?

Thanks!!

Good catch...thought it looked too good to be true.

Anyone with pics out there, especially of the rear?

i am still considering the rear bumper, but i went with the rugged ridge xhd front because i wanted an integrated winch. but maybe in a while i will go for the other bumper.

I am not able to find any pics of the rear. I don't think it would be any issue to mount a 35" tire on the stock carrier.
