Default removal of front axel question.

I have an 07 with a Dana 30 in the front. Are there C clips holding the shafts in?

no. just pull rotor ,caliper, unit bearing and the axle slides out

you do not have to pull the abs wire when pulling the shafts. just lay your unit bearing up on the frame. Not a big deal pulling the wire though.

I've done it both ways. Whichever way you find easier, it probably doesn't amount to much a difference either way
