Default Dead Teraflex Track bar... need advice

I run a Teraflex 4" on a 4dr Rubi with 37"s.

My Front track bar has play at both ends, the frame end has just over a quarter inch of play.

What is the beefiest meanest trackbar that I can get! (The trackbar is the one piece that I would not want to have fail on the highway).

Thanks,
Seth.

p.s. Anyone else running this kit find the jeep pulls to the right (3rd alignment, 3 shops).

Just to make sure, you did and do have the mounting bolts tightend to 125 ft. lbs. of torque right? If so, I would advise you contact the vendor you purchased your track bar from or TeraFlex directly as it is possible that you got a one that had bad bushings. Need I say, I would think they would want to know about it and would be they will replace it under warranty.

I actually just called Terra, they are sending me out replacement parts. This is my second Terra lift (my prior was on a TJ) and I really can't complain about the offroad abilities of their lifts. A Terraflex dealer did the lift, I'm hoping they got it at 125 ft/lbs. I will fix it myself and make sure it is in fact 125 ft/lbs when I install the new parts.

I should have called Terraflex prior to posting. Terra does stand up for their customers and they are easy to get in touch with.

Post Trackbar and pull

Do you have the upgraded spherical balls in the track bar joints? Is the play in the
polyurethane split bushings? When I went to the new design I haven't had any more issues with it. I have changed replaced the mm bolts for 9/16" x 3" grade 8 bolts to take up more of the manufacturing tolerances in the holes.

TeraFlex addressed the pulling to the right in the installation instructions. Do you have the right front lower flex arm set an 1/8" longer than the left?

Here is the link to the installation instructions. http://www.teraflex.biz/installsheet...ms_install.pdf
