Default Which winch to buy

I am in need of a winch and have been for a long time. I just can't decide between the cheap $300 Smittybilt or the Warn Power plant and take advantage of Dave's at Northridge 4x4's killer deal.

What do you think?

WOW! That is quite a hop from one to the other. If you need the air go for the Power Plant.

I'd go for the powerplant if you think your going to use air. But long as you get something you'll stop getting crap. Unless you print a picture of the powerplant and put it in there.

I went with the Power Plant and am very happy with it. It's a Warn so I have peace of mind. Don't have to look for air after airing down. People come over to watch me air up when we'er done wheeling, just to see how it works. The down side is $1200 unless they have gotten cheaper in last 6 months.
