I want to paint my front grill black, jk is silver , any recommends on the paint???

Bedliner is what most are using....

I used Rustoleum camouflage flat black.

Matt89 - Did you sand down ur grill 1st? I was thinking of using that same color paint as u after I bedlined mine.

This seems to be the standard practice seen on the forum:
-Use fine grit sandpaper
-wipe off dust with tsp or some other cleanup remover
-spray 1-2 coats primer
-2-3 coats of color or bedliner

Bedliner on my grill it is flat black right out of the can no need to paint over it. I picked mine up at the local napa.

I used VHT nightshade to tint the turn signal lenses

And yes you have to sand first then prime then paint. It won't hold if you don't follow these steps

I say go for it , the worst can happen you have to sand it back down a little and redo it
