Getting my arse kicked with mods! HELP!
I have 5.13 gears, CAI, MBRP full exhaust. Yesterday I was racing my buddies just messing around and I was getting spanked, what can I do? I've already spent a lot of money on this bad boy and I haven't seen the gains I was hoping for, what should I buy next to get the most bang for my buck? Thanks in advance.

It might help if you list what your friends have in their jeeps.
Also, throwing money at something doesn't always end up in "faster".
weight vs power is always the deciding factor among two like drivers

Lowering it seven inches, throwing a set of low pro tires on 26" wheels on, Super charging a Hemi and dropping it in, will all net you a faster Jeep. Then again, it probably wont do very well off-road. Well, a Hemi would be nice.
In all seriousness, without a Hemi or simillar powerplant, you will be stuck with 3.8l performance (SuperCharger?). Grab your boys and take it off the road, beat them with skill, not horsepower.

I've always enjoyed the challenge of a race...
Several of my friends have been offered the challenge; but always decline. I've offered to race modified civics, chargers, mustangs, etc... all against my Jeep.
My challenge states this:
You name the time, I'll name the place...
after a few minutes, they realize they won't be racing too far.
I think that is the key point with the jeep.
On a side note: It'll get fast, but it won't get quick... just tapping the brakes while cruising down the highway, it'll always take me a min or so just to get to the speed I was at.

Some common sense. If you wanted to race, you probably shouldn't have bought a Wrangler. On the other hand, the next time your buddy wants to race you tell him you will pick the place, I wonder if he will take the challenge then.

seriously? if you want to go fast, sell the jeep and buy a nissan gtr.
the only way you're gonna get "quick" is to do a hemi swap. cai and exhaust arent going to do much with the 3.8 in a jeep.
