First off let me say I love my Teraflex Full-flex arm 4" lift. Rides way better than I thought on the road and I wheel the thing hard at Raush Creek. However I have a little rusting issue with the the rear swaybar links. I live in the northeast and I have alot of snow/salt/grime around here, but ther rest of the Rubi seems to be fine, Including the front quick discos. So I called Teraflex and talked to Doug, and not relaying the whole conversation but he took care of me no questions asked. He is going to ship me out new sway bar links ASAP. Aparently the e-coating on some of the older ones was not as good as the current ones they are using. I'm glad they really back their products, its makes it worth spending the money not only for a great/complete kit but for great customer service as well...Thanks

 

They are great.....the reason why I have used their products twice (2 lifts) and thus far have no reason to ever change...

 

If RE doesn't reorganize, I will be moving to this company for future lifts/parts. RE please come back lol.

 

Awww, they are terrible! I dropped on note in a random forum about needing a black sticker to go with my JK and I have not heard back from them!!

The best thing about Teraflex's customer service is you don't need to call them much, since their stuff works. I am loving my 3" Long Arm.
