Default PSC Evap Skid Write-Up?

Does anyone happen to know if there are any detailed write-ups of the Poison Spyder Customs evaporator canister skid plate?

I'm probably going to install this over the weekend and have searched around for any detailed guides but didn't see anything. I don't think it's going to be too tough, but I have heard from several sources that it's a bit of a PITA and would like something a bit more illustrative than the supplied instructions if possible. Just trying to save time and headaches.

Thanks guys

You can download a PDF of the install instructions on the Poison Spyder website.

If you search enough you will find some people had difficult getting the last bolt in. I did also. I loosened everything up and was then able to get the last bolt in.
Also, a morn issue for sure but the directions sheet from Poison Spider did not have the correct wrench sizes listed for my 2011. Other than those two small things it was easy.

It's a pretty straight forward install. Doesn't take much time.

I just installed one a couple weeks ago. Their instructions are very good, just follow them and you will be fine. Pretty straight forward.

just a quick tip a 5 gallon bucket upside down will support the skid while you bolt it up. much easier on the arms

Get a ratchet wrench, this willmake things alot easier. with that small cut out its just a pain with having to move a wrench a 1/4 turn every time. I believe its a 16mm also if you have a MBRP 4X4 EXAUST it comes pretty close to the tab that straps down the evap canister. I had to driil holes in the skid an inch over so it wouldn't rub.

Very easy install, wish I would read this earlier to get the idea for the 5gal bucket, that would of been nice, that thing is HEAVY when you are trying to hold it with one arm and start the bolts with the other

The only issue I had was trying to disconnect the hose from the evap can, not sure if there is a trick for this or not?? But I ended up breaking the white part of the evap can that the hose attaches to. Nothing some super glue couldn't fix

So any reading this getting ready to install learn from my mistake AND BE CAREFUL DISCONNECTING THE HOSES!

X2 on the ratcheting wrench for the front bolts, you'll thank yourself later...its a pita to get them tight without one
