I've got the marathon super hides. They are custom made to fit your particular vehicle (around seatbelt location, seat air bags, etc) They are expensive, but look great and will wear for a long time.

I've got the neoprene Rugged Ridge ones. I've had them for about a year and a half. Still fit snug and haven't faded. My wife also stopped complaining about the rock hard head rest since they're kind of padded.
