Default popping noise!?

I am having a popping noise that feels and sounds like it is under my seat. I have a 2.5 inch RC coil lift and 315/70/17 duratracs. Do u guys have any ideas as to what it might be.

The reason I asked is, I just installed xrc sliders and the passenger side slider makes a pop noise so
Stints when I drive over a pot hole or bump. Not sure why. The slider is on there solid as a rock.

I'm thinking it might be. But it feels like its in the area of the control arms or drive shaft. The lift has only been on for a little over a month. So some stuff might be getting loose.

Did it sound like it was right under your seat.
