Default Possible Largere Size Tires & Rims for 2010 Wrangler Sahara Unlimited

Hey folks,

Newbie here! I have a 2010 Wrangler Sahara Unlimited that I would like to upgrade the tires and rims:

1. without adding strain to the jeep
2. without a lift kit
3. without voiding the Chrysler warranty
4. recommended larger tires / rim size ( I do a lot of highway driving)

Thanks for the advice,
Todd

16-17" rims with 4.5" to 4.25" of back spacing. You should be able to run a 33" tire with out any issues. You may need 1.5" wheel spacers so they dont rub, but I highly doubt it. As for tire, I'd go with BFG KM2's. They have great life (slow wearing) and perform great in all terrains...

I have the same jeep. I just put on some 285-70-17 nittos with aev pintlers. All I have is a leveling kit up front. This size tires didn't kill the power that much. I was worried about that as well. I think this is a good size for street driving. I have an auto as well.
