Default Nitto Trail Grapplers 295/70/17 with Stock Wheels

I currently have a stock JKU and I am looking at buying a set of Nitto Trail Grapplers 295/70/17. First off, does anyone have a tread lift estimate on these? I'd like to make sure I'm not getting into some tires that will only last 30k miles. Also, since I'm running stock wheels, I was wondering if these tires could be installed without spacers. I'd like to try them first wo, and then if there is rubbing I'd throw on a set of spacers. I know a lot of shops won't install tires onto a rig with spacers, so I want to make sure I can have them installed and then see if the spacers are needed.

Any input is appreciated.

I have 33's on stock rims. Also have a 2inch rough country lift to take out some rubbing at full turn
