Default Bedline?

I am about to Poison spider rocker knockers. Poison spider front brawl lite bumper. And possible a poison spider rear tire carrier. I don't want to have to pay a ton of extra cash to get it powdercoated and I've heard it just gets beat up on trails and falls off. So I would like to line these. Does anybody have any pictures/recommendations of how they did it? Thanks

I used line-x on my bumpers and rails. Works great.

personally, i am not into bedlining parts like bumpers, fenders or the like. they look nice when done but, will be a trap for dirt, dust, mud and the like and are difficult to keep clean. over the long haul, they will fade, look blotchy and, depending on what kind of bedliner you use, will get porous and can cause rust to occur. there are things you can do to help mitigate the later but, i don't know how much it's worth it - at least to me anyway.

any reason you don't just rattle can them? if you take your time, you'd be surprised at how good you can make it look.

Wayoflife. That's exactly what I was thinking. I've heard rustoleum rattle can paint is good. I'm just worried i won't be able to make it look good

Second on the rattle can. You can make it look real good. Touching up trail damage is just sand it down, re-spray and clear coat

good prep work and taking your time goes a long way in making things look great with a rattle can. hurrying things along will screw up any paint job any day of the week. try to do this in a sheltered place like garage with only one door open so that wind and dust can be controlled.

I have to agree here. Rattle can, slow and steady. Many light coats rather than 2 or 3 heavy=runny coats. Make sure like wayoflife said you are in an area ventilated for you but with little direct breeze on what you are painting. Do some prep first and you'll get a great result, even for us paint amateurs. Good luck!
