Default what backspacing with TF 3" coil kit? please help

I currently have 33's on stock wheels. Can someone tell me if I will need new wheels after I put the 3" coil lift? If so what specs on the wheels? The dealer was saying that I just need to get 17x8 or 17x9 wheels. I'm just making sure this is correct. I did eventually want to get black steelies but I have no idea what specs I need.
Thanks for the help in advance!!!

Boom! There is your answer. If you have wheels with more than 4.5" backspacing, you can get wheel spacers to help them clear.

Yes you can. The backspacing is more for giving space for a wider tire. So no lift or lift, if you run a tire that is wider than stock (10.5"), you will need to adjust your backspacing accordingly.

well the tires i have now are 10.5 i think...hmm...now you got me thinking, i'll have to look. i'm pretty sure they are 10.5 wide and i only rub a little when i turn real hard. but the dealer said that after i put the TF 3" lift on it i will need a wheel with 8 or 9 BS?!!!
