Default Fender flares

Anyone think this would look good? I like my black flares on my red JK, but they kinda fade a bit over time... What about taking some oem sahara flares and having them painted matte black?

Yes, I'd re-paint them first as well and then go from there!

I haven't had need to do it on JK fenders, but after seeing it a few years back I tried it on some other plastic parts and it worked great.
