Hello I am looking into the evo double throwdown kit and I am confused by something. It stats that is has 14" of vertical travel. Could someone explain that to me a little more as I would think the system would travel more.

it means the shocks will allow for 14" of travel. in other words, the amount your axles can articulate when flexing on the trail is a lot!

The EVO DTD systems give 14" of vertical wheel travel. Most standard coil and spring lift kits yeild around 8"-9" of usable vertical wheel travel. Therefore 60%-75% improvement over a standard lift kit.

Andrew how's it going hope your holidays went well. I bought Mels 40" tires and I am trying to mount them but I am getting rubbing on the frame in front and will have to do some cutting in the rear. My question is can I adjust the ride hieght enough to allow me to run the 40's? with my 12" front coils. Is there a diference with the EVOlever between the 12 and 14 systems? Have you guys put 40"s under a rig with my setup I still have the D44 and will run wheel spacers? Thanks

Whytiptoe EVO DTD will not let you down and the travel you will get is nothing less than amazing.
