I did everything similar on that list, except the last 3, with my brother-in-law on a pneumatic lift in under 4 hours with a lunch break. Coils, shocks, trackbars, bumpstops, control arms, etc.... its really a piece of cake when you have the JK lifted high.

Having a 2nd pair of hands definitely helps. Good luck on the install and have fun!!

Also, I didn't need an alignment after the install. The only thing an alignment shop will do for you is re-center your steering wheel and you can do that yourself if necessary in 5 mins with a 15mm wrench. After you install the lift kit and set your caster correctly, drive it around the neighborhood a bit to see how it feels.
So we completed the install last Saturday, and it took about 8 hours to complete everything. The install was pretty straight forward... at least for a bunch of guys who didn't really know what we were doing!
I think it rides better than stock now that we got all the alignments dialed in!
Having a lift and pneumatics available also really helped things out!

Looks good! I did my TeraFlex 3" with all 8 adjustable control arms in my garage solo over a weekend. Probably 12-15 hours total but not bad considering I was using only hand tools in a cramped space.
