Default Dana 30 ARB diff cover and oem tbar

Hey guys, I recently installed a set of diff covers on my 07 2dr. I noticed that the track bar on the front rubs on the cover when I'm in full compression (correct term?) I have a set of rock krawler adj track bars, but it doesn't look like there is much more clearence that the stock. I have a track bar bracket attached to frame side that came with my rancho 4" lift kit, and from what I have read, that stays on there when I put the adj tbar on there. I'm just wondering if it will fix my problem if I put the RK tbars in, its cold out, and I don't want to catch frostbite if I don't have to!
Thank you
Chad

Re-read your post. Not sure what kind of bends the RK TR has. Is it straight or curved at the top? Can you post a pic of it?

The stock has a "u" shape that originally cleared the oem diff cover, but now it hits on the driver side of the diff cover. Here is a pic of the RK tbar, it doesn't have a "u" just a single bend. I can't see how it would clear it, but Im probably wrong.

There's enough flexibility in the frame end of the RK bar to rotate the bend somewhat forward. It still wasn't enough for the beefy custom cover I had so I bought a Poison Spyder cover. Those and the Riddler's are the same and the slimmest covers you can get.

what the hell man.. went out this weekend and flexed the jeep a few times and put some damage on my rear (new) G2 diff cover. I have a 2" lift in the rear with a teraflex trackbar bracket to correct the difference. this blows... I had the same issue with my front cover on my grand cherokee (also g2) and the track bar. .. i mean,... i kinda looks cool.. kinda like rock rash.. but its like, who needs rock damage, when the jeep does the damage to itself.. MY JEEP IS MASICHIST
sorry.. i needed to vent and this seemed like the best place to do so. thanks ya'll

My names brian ima jeepoholic.
