Default Need help with stuck Jam nuts

I bought some rear control arms on the forum and I need to adjsut them but the Jam nuts are stuck. need some advice on everyone's can't miss method for breakign loose a stuck jam nut. Thanks for the help

Previous owner may have used loctite. If that's the case, then heat is the way to go.

before you try heat I would get a can of PB blaster first and see if its juts corrosion build up.

Try the pb blaster that's a miracle worker if nt then heats the way to go...

You can also try Aerokroil. We use it on stuck aircraft bolts and really works.
