Default Questions: After-Market Car Alarm with Doors Off

I've run into a challenge I did not anticipate and am looking for some guidance. *

2012 Wrangler Sport with half doors and an after market alarm (Clifford 330.3X, with added proximity sensor and a backup alarm). *After the install it became clear that running my Jeep with the doors off may be problematic.*

My main issue: I want my alarm to function properly*when the doors are off. *If someone dicks with it I want the proximity alarm to go off and kill the ignition. *When the doors are on, I want them connected back into the system*(wired back in via a quick connect/disconnect setup of some sort). *

My question is really about how to make this possible. I've read a few comments about the factory alarm (which I do not have) and how it's wired to account for the doors being off. *Is there any way I can tap into this functionality or do something similar with my existing setup? *

Would really appreciate the advice/input of some installers here if at all possible. *Or someone who's found a way to address this...

Thanks in advance!

I would simply install a ground switch on the door trigger wire.
