Default Full Traction HD rear swaybar, worth installing?

Hey all, I've searched through a ton of threads here looking for some reviews on Full Tractions HD rear swaybar. I'm mostly seeing only people's assumptions about it. I'm hoping a few of you JK'ers out there can give me your honest opinion on how well this swaybar is working from your experience with it. Is the roll stiffness and understeer improvement noticeable? Any down sides to it? I'll be running one on my 2dr with 3" lift. Any info is appreciated!

Hey there,

I used to run the Full Traction sway bar on my jk for a long time and I loved it. I had it with their 4" lift on my two door. The roll stiffness and understeer movement is significantly better with the sway bar. There are also three selectable set ups to try out, I ran the middle set up. You won't regret getting it, and I honestly can't think of any down sides to it.

X2, I ran the lowest of the 3 settings on my 2 door with great results. On and off road it worked great. I wish I could still run with it, but it isn't compatible with my aux fuel tank.

This wouldn't add any additional oversteer if there were any would it?

In theory I guess it could, but people are adding a ton of weight to the back of their jeeps with the addition of; a big tire, heavy rear bumpers/ tire carriers, fuel cans, high lift jacks, Etc.

For most of use with modified jeeps the Full Traction HD rear sway bar will serve to reduce understeer caused by the addition of all that weight.
