Default Best 2" Lift Kit

I just got my 12 JKU. I want to do a 2" lift. I'm only going to run 33's or 34's. Whats the best kit for a 2" lift that will still be a nice ride for daily driving. Will do some mild off roading as well nothing extreme.

I"ll spend the money for whatever is the best quality in the long run. I had a full traction 3" priemum on my 08. But not going that extreme on this one. I Want the ride to be stock or nicer.

There's the new AEV, the TF Leveling Coil or the spacer kit (I have the spacer kit)...depends on what you want. I either recommend one or the other of the above...if you plan to add weight (bumpers, winch, armor, etc.) then you should head in the direction towards coil springs. Plan long term & you will save $ in the long run.

How much was it in total?

I"ve heard the 2.5 turns out to be more like 3" though doesn't it?

What about the new Full traction 2" coil lift?

You could always just start with some good coils and shocks at that small of lift height and start adding components as needed...

If you want just a 2" kit, then you can go with either the #1155200 BB Leveling kit ($136.99) or the #1351500 coil version ($409.99). Both will retain your factory shocks, the BB kit will ride like the stock vs. the coil kit will be a little firmer.

Exactly. I picked up some OME springs and lifted mine about 2". Cost---$100 or so. Rides same or better than stock and sits up nice

Took me and a buddy approx 3.5 hours with the help of a hoist and air tools. Very easy install.
