Default 1st time mods - MOPAR lift questions

Long time lurker here, I've tried to soak up as much knowledge as I can.

I'm ordering a '12 Unlimited Rubicon and I'm on the fence on whether I should install a lift right away. My thought is that for a new vehicle, I'm going to be conservative and have the dealer install the MOPAR 2 inch lift. I have a few questions that I need to get comfortable with before I go ahead and mod a brand new vehicle:

1. 33 or 35 inch tires? What size is best, how big can I go before it rubs or causes other concerns.

2. Besides the lift and new tires/wheels, what else do I need to do the job properly/safely? Are new gears needed? What about calibrating the speedometer? Will the dealership likely think of those things?

3. Anything else I need to know? I know that I'll be a lot more relaxed if I wait until the warranty expires and it's now had years of use, but I really want to dive in now. I just don't want to potentially do something dumb to a brand new $45k vehicle because I don't realize I'm missing a step.

Thanks for the help, new guy appreciates any guidance given!

what lift are they gonna use? any more specs on it? with a 2 inch probably 33's. think they can only calibrate up to 32". not sure on that 100%. gears are not needed on 12's with 33 or 35. and you really paid 45k? some kind of special edition?

just read this from the mopar site.
"NOTE: Vehicle RPM and speedometer readings are based on the stock vehicle's
tire and wheel combinations. Installing larger wheels and tires with your Mopar
Performance lift kit could result in incorrect RPM, speedometer and odometer
readings."
WARRANTY: Lift Kits work with all vehicle systems including the Electronic
Stability Program, and are covered (except P5155075) by a Limited Lifetime
Warranty. The warrantor is the Lift Kit manufacturer, not Mopar, Chrysler Group
LLC, or the dealership selling the product. Contact the Mopar Direct Connection
Tech Line (888-528-4364) for warranty details and installation instructions.
A. Lift Kits- JK (4WD)
Short Arm Lift Kits: 2" and 4"
These Mopar lifts offer exceptional ride comfort and control, on-road or off. Both
lift heights use the same basic components, except for coil springs, and yield all
the suspension travel the factory JK driveline offers. Coil spring rate is
wheelbase-specific (2 or 4-door), plus two Mopar shock absorber options allow
you to tailor the kit to your performance aspirations. Both kits also include a
replacement high-clearance, high capacity hydraulic steering stabilizer kit (white
color). The 2" lift is ideal for 33" to 35" diameter tires; the 4" is best suited for 35"
to 37" tires. Note that Rubicons (with 2" or 4" Lifts) require the Front Stabilizer
Bar Link Kit (P5155512).

if it were me, id save the money and go with a teraflex or rk stock mod. not even real specific on the mopar kit who the manufacture is or their warranty.

I went with the dealer installed 2.5" mopar lift. I love it. No problems. I trust in the name and I haven't seen any of the problems the cheaper brands seem to have standard. Bilsteins shocks are great upgrades. Although you should be able to do your own suspension work on your new jeep, I'd trust the dealership with mopar installs until 36,000.
